Information you submit
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. An optional topic is added to the subject. A saved submission also records its time and status, together with a site-specific hash derived from the visitor’s IP address for anti-spam purposes. Please do not send medical records, financial account details or other sensitive information.
Why the information is used
The information allows the operator to read and manage editorial, copyright, privacy and website enquiries and to reduce abuse. Messages are stored in the site inbox. The form uses a PHP session and anti-spam checks, which can include submission limits and an optional challenge. A successful save means the message was recorded, not that a reply was sent.
Retention and requests
Messages can be reviewed and deleted manually; no automatic message deletion schedule is represented here. Contact [email protected] or use the form to ask about a submission or request deletion. Provide enough context to locate it without sending unnecessary sensitive details. The operator may need to verify a request before acting.
Other services
Analytics, advertising and affiliate integrations are not enabled by default. If the operator enables services or changes the information practices, this notice should be reviewed and updated. Links to other websites lead to their own practices. Read the cookie notice and contact page for more context. The site operator should review this notice if operational practices change. This description applies to the default configuration represented by this site.
